Three little monkeys in the bath;

Ashton playing on his own. He absolutely loves having a bath and playing with his sharks & crocodiles. He usually stays in the bath for a whole hour.

Two small boys and one big boy crashed on the couch;

Ashton gets his face painted in the weekend at a fair held at Brown Bay beach. He choose to get spiders on his cheeks and waited patiently in line for a second time to get a spider on his nose.

Noah and Ashton playing together and rearranging the furniture! They are always taking off with the vacuum attachment (sticking up between the chairs) and using it as a sword;

Noah gives his doll a swing;

Hayden begins a cross country race at school. This event was a learning experience for Hayden. Before the race he and his friends were all telling each other they were going to win and take 1st place. Hayden started off the race running as fast as he could and he took the lead round the first bend and up the first hill. A few seconds after that he was completely exhausted from giving it all he had. As the other children started to overtake him he started to walk the race and he had to fight to hold back his tears of disappointment. With encouragement from me and his teacher he finished the race and came about 17th out of 25 kids. He had a good cry afterwards (along with several other boys) and they all learned that it wasn't about winning, it's all about running the race and giving it your best no matter how slow or fast you might be. It was sad to me that at age 7 they already knew so much about competing and beating one another, yet at age 5 the boys all ran the race so happily, just having a fun time, without a care in the world as to who could run the fastest.

Ashton builds another war/battle with his toys;

Hayden gets upset at Ashton: "Right Ashton, that's it! I'm telling Jesus on you!"

Ashton with a cold: "I'm snotty as a piggy."

Hayden: "The sun is burning my eyeballs."

Hayden: "Mummy, how come your penis is missing?"

Hayden: "I get the bigger piece of cake because my skeleton is bigger."

Hayden (3yrs old) sees me get dressed in the morning and stares at my breasts with a confused look..."What thooooose be for???"

Hayden: "I don't want to finish my pizza, it's got blood all over it."

Hayden: "Ashton hit me in the heart."

Hayden learns the planets at Preschool: Mercury, Earth, Mars, Jupiter and Penus!

Hayden (shopping with me and whining): "My brain hurts forever because you haven't buyed me anything."
