NOAH'S FAVOURITE SPORT

Noah (now age 10) is a huge fan of basketball and loves to play.
He plays basketball EVERY lunchtime at school with his friends Christopher, Eric, William, Ruslan and Caleb.
At least once a week he plays at the Spark court (local park) after school.
He never misses an NBA game on TV and will beg to stay home from church if the Golden State Warriors are playing. Stephen Curry is his idol.
This year Noah has had basketball training every Thursday mornings at 8.15. He has been on the Yr 6 'Pinehill Clippers' team in the championship grade.
Noah's room is decorated with basketball posters of the GSW's logo, a mini basketball hoop and 4 Stephen Curry outfits displaying the number 30.

In June this year Noah went to California with his Dad and was able to buy the one thing he wanted most - a pair of Under Armour Curry 3 shoes.

It has been a full year of basketball and Noah has literally lived and breathed for every basketball moment he's had. The photos below were taken at Noah's 10th birthday party back in February - there was no question, it simply had to be a basketball party!

Nearly every day this year Noah has taken his basketball to school. About a week before Noah's birthday he left it on the court at school while he went to the toilets. As soon as he remembered it, he ran to the courts to get it, but it was gone. Noah couldn't find it anywhere, even with all his friends helping him to look for it. His friends knew how disappointed and sad he was that he'd lost it. So on the day of his birthday party when he received presents he got 4 new basketballs. One friend in particular - Ryan Cha - was so excited that he got Noah a new ball that he couldn't even keep it a secret. He called Noah on the phone before the party to say "Noah, guess what, I got you a Stephen Curry ball!" Noah knew it cost about $40 so his smile was as big as a basketball court! The sweetest thing was that Ryan was just so excited to give Noah the ball he'd always wanted.

The photos below are of Noah's team, the Pinehill Clippers, and Noah playing his last primary game of the year - November 24, 2017, at the YMCA on Friday night. His team members (also his good friends and lunch time buddies) are Mwilia, Joel, Cruz, Eric, Christopher, Tai and William. Noah has been awesome at shooting this year and has become very skilled at lay-ups. One particular game during the year he scored a total of 18 out of 25 points for his team. He certainly had his 'game on' that day and in the car on the way home he could not stop talking or smiling.

Hayden: "I don't want to finish my pizza, it's got blood all over it."

Hayden: "Ashton hit me in the heart."

Hayden learns the planets at Preschool: Mercury, Earth, Mars, Jupiter and Penus!

Hayden (shopping with me and whining): "My brain hurts forever because you haven't buyed me anything."
